1. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Richcom Media sells downloadable digital products such as templates, toolkits, spreadsheets, planners, guides, and educational bundles. Because these files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital product purchases are final.
Refunds are only granted in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment
- Incorrect product delivered
- File is corrupted and a replacement cannot be provided
If an issue occurs, you must contact support@richcommedia.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Once a product has been delivered to your email or the download link has been accessed, no refunds are permitted.
2. Refund Policy for Marketing Services
Richcom Media provides digital marketing and consulting services including advertising management, business consulting, email marketing setup, and strategy development.
Because services involve time, expertise, and labor, refunds depend on the progress of the work.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Work has not yet started
- No deliverables or strategy work have been created
- You request cancellation before service delivery begins
Refunds are NOT available if:
- Service work has begun
- Deliverables have been provided
- Setup, optimization, or consulting has been completed
Payments for services are handled externally via payment links (Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, etc.). Additional terms may apply based on proposals or agreements.
3. Failed Delivery
If you did not receive your digital product due to email issues, spam filtering, or incorrect email submission, contact us within 48 hours and we will resend the files.
4. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first is considered fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to deny future service and pursue legal action in cases of abuse.
